Taverna is the classiest Restaurant with great prices in Moncton !!! Decor is on point with great vibes Greek music 🎶 We were served tonight by JILL !!! She knows her menu, very professional and witty with a huge smile. Behind the bar Alfred-Olivier entertains as he mixes the cocktails. The Owners ( Brothers) can be seen making their way around the whole restaurant to get to know their clientele and make sure Food Quality is the best. Since the kitchen is “open” we can see the chefs preparing the artistic meals. So Much Fun !!! Bathrooms are high class and Very clean. Thé bar area is wonderful to also sit and have a classy cocktail. Best Espresso ☕️ coffee in town. Highly recommend

We had an amazing dining experience at Taverna. The food was amazing (lamb brochettes), and what truly stood out was the exceptional service from our waitress, Autumn. She was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. Thank you for a memorable meal—can't wait to come back!

Amazing food and atmosphere at the same time. Autumn provided great service and was super friendly. Price is little towards the high end however definitely worth it!

Wow! What an awesome time I had having dinner with my good friend at Taverna Greek Restaurant! The place was full of happy diners and excited energy with aromas of the Mediterranean wafting throughout the dining room as we walked in. The service was exceptional, energetic and enthusiastic and the food was top notch. I couldn’t be happier with the fact that I recommend this place to guests of the hotel (Hilton Garden Inn) all the time. The owner, Billy ( he owns the place with his brother) caught wind of the fact that I was there and that as the front desk supervisor of the hotel, that I recommend his place regularly, so he came over to introduce himself and thank me for being there and for my recommendations. A very nice man with a warm and genuine spirit of hospitality… and generously gave me a discount on my final bill, thank you 🙏 Billy! I will most certainly return and try some of the other dishes on the menu. We started with an appetizer of calamaria served with fresh made tzatziki (and complimentary grilled pita). Cooked to perfection with a very light tempura-like batter, it was flavourful, crispy and not chewy at all, unlike a lot of what I find here in Moncton. My girlfriend had the shrimp brochettes served with Greek salad, rice and lemon roasted potatoes and I had the house special, Pastitsio. A pasta based version of Moussaka with layers of pasta filled with a cinnamon spiced meat sauce and topped with a velvety béchamel sauce and roasted in the oven. Everything was fresh and super delicious and we both really enjoyed ourselves and the energy of this restaurant so needless to say, if you haven’t already been, make plans AND a reservation (you're going to need one) and haul your butts downtown to this place. You’re going to want to go back again, I guarantee it!

Amazing new discovery in Moncton🥰 will most definitely come back because it was absolutely delicious🤩 The lamb chops and the spanakopita were excellent and so was the octopus 🥳 + bonus the staff was super friendly.🫶🏼 -From the matchy sweater couple ❤️🤣
