We had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant during our recent trip to Moncton. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and felt genuinely authentic. As a group of six on a busy Tuesday evening, we expected a bit of a wait to be seated, but the staff made sure we were well taken care of even while we waited, which was really appreciated. Once we were seated, the service was exceptional. Our server was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and the overall hospitality made us feel right at home. We shared a few appetizers — Loukaniko, Saganaki, Calamaria, and Spanakopita — and every single one was incredible. I had the Souvlakia for my main, and it was perfect. One of my friends ordered the Lamb, and it was so tender and full of flavour that I’m seriously considering travelling back just to have it myself! The portion sizes were generous, and the quality of the food and service truly exceeded expectations. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. I was so immersed in the atmosphere and the company that I completely forgot to take any photos — but honestly, sometimes it’s nice to just be present and enjoy the moment. This was definitely one of those times. Highly recommend this spot , we’ll definitely be back!

I went to Taverna Greek Resto Bar & Grill with my friends to celebrate a birthday and it was amazing. We were served by Automn, she was very patient and comprehensive with us. I liked the food and i will definitely come back. Thanks you.

Found the food so good that I went back two days in a row. Both nights I had the lamb chops with the traditional Greek salad. The tzatziki looked and tasted to be made in house.

The waitress was very friendly. You can tell she loves her job.

My favorite restaurant in Moncton. We spent some time in New York before christmas and tried Taverna for the first time when we arrived back in Moncton. We all agreed that both our meal and the level of service at Taverna were significantly better than any restaurant we ate at in NY. I'm pretty sure the main reason my mother is so excited to come visit me again is so she can go back to Taverna!

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. We were greeted by the manager (or maybe the owner) and he made us feel so welcomed! Marco, our server, was simply the best! Highly recommend the “Greek poutine”, the “Rhodes” (portion big enough for 2 people) and the orange cake for desert. Not surprised the restaurant was packed though our food came with the perfect timing. Will be back for sure!

We wanted to go somewhere special for our 25th anniversary and this restaurant delivered probably our best food experience from the moment we walked in. We love Greek food and this blows away anything we have ever had before. Thank you Billy, you and your staff were amazing you made our day very special. Holly our server was amazing ask for her!
